Professional DevelopmentBuilding a Professional Governance structure that empowers staff to ask clinical questions, utilize the evidence to evaluate best practices and processes, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve the care provided to patients is key. CNSs can help lead and sustain PG while supporting staff to elevate and be accountable to their practice.
